1. Service at our discretion

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, at any time, for any reason.

2. Adults only

Dovenook is for adults. You may use it only if you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live, if higher). By entering, you confirm that you are.

3. What this is

Dovenook provides fictional role-play conversations with an AI. Every character is an adult, every dynamic is consensual within the fiction, and nothing here is real. AI replies are generated fiction — not advice, not a relationship, and not a substitute for professional help of any kind.

4. What you may not do

• Use the service if you are under 18, or let anyone under 18 use it.
• Attempt to produce content involving minors, non-consensual activity presented as real, or anything illegal. The service refuses these; attempting them is a violation of these terms.
• Scrape, overload, resell, or programmatically abuse the service.
• Attempt to extract, copy, or reverse-engineer our models.

5. Real-world safety

Role-play safewords here ("red", "yellow") control the fiction. They are not an emergency service. If you are in real distress, contact local emergency services or a crisis line.

6. No warranty; limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (currently: nothing).

7. Changes and termination

We may update these terms or discontinue the service at any time; continued use after an update is acceptance.
